Follow-ups & Site Visits

Understand visit analytics

What each figure counts, and what its percentage is out of.

Choose Analytics at the top of Site Visits. Every figure counts the visits scheduled in the period you pick, by each visit’s current date, so the numbers always add up. Owners and admins see it by default. A member needs Reports access, and then sees only the visits they host.

The figures

  • Total visits: every visit scheduled in the period, whatever happened to it. A buyer with two visits counts twice here and once in buyers. The comparison is with the same number of days just before.
  • Completed: visits the buyer attended, out of all the visits in the period.
  • No-shows: buyers who did not turn up, out of the visits that were held or missed. Cancelled visits and visits still waiting for an outcome are not counted.
  • Negotiating at visit: completed visits where the buyer’s response was recorded as Negotiating, out of the completed visits.
  • Converted later: buyers with a completed visit whose lead was later marked Closed as converted, out of the buyers with a completed visit. It does not say which property they bought.

The breakdowns

  • Where these visits stand splits the total into Completed, No-show, Cancelled, Needs outcome and Still to happen.
  • Visits by outcome has one buyer response per completed visit, including Not captured.
  • Visits by project shows each project or property’s share of the total. Owners and admins also see each agent’s visits, completions, no-shows and attendance.
