Projects & Inventory

Real estate inventory management, from project to unit.

Keep every project, configuration, price and unit availability in one place for your sales team, then publish project listings and see which buyers each unit fits. Built for builders and agencies in India.

A day in your workspace

One record for a project on sale

A builder adds a project from its brochure, checks the filled-in details and adds its 2 and 3 BHK configurations with prices. When the 3 BHKs are nearly gone, the sales head marks them Limited. Buyer matches use the new availability straight away, the project listing flags the change for review, and the item’s history records who changed it.

How it works

From the first action to the next step

  1. Add the project once

Upload the project brochure to fill in the details, or type them: name, developer, location, amenities, highlights, possession and RERA registration. Review everything before you save.

  2. Add inventory with its own price and size

Enter each configuration you sell with its area and price. Shared details such as location and amenities come from the project; price, area and availability always come from the item itself.

  3. Keep availability current

Mark items Available, Limited or Sold out, update a price or mark availability reviewed. Every change is kept in the item’s history, with who made it and when.

  4. Sell from the same record

Publish a listing for the project or a single configuration, allocate it to channel partners and see enquiries linked to the project. Buyer requirements are matched against your available units.

For builders and agencies selling whole developments

When prices and availability live in a spreadsheet, the brochure, the portals and the sales team drift apart. Keeping inventory in EstateCue means the listing pages, buyer matches and Copilot answers your team relies on all read the same current record.

Questions before you start

Who can use Projects & Inventory?

Team workspaces for builders and real estate agencies. Individual agents manage their stock property by property in Properties instead.

Can a single configuration have its own listing?

Yes. Create a listing from the project, or from one inventory item within it. Enquiries from either arrive in Leads linked to that project.

Can I see what changed and who changed it?

Yes. Each inventory item keeps a history of its price and availability changes, with the person who made each change.

Does EstateCue handle bookings, payments or unit allotment?

No. EstateCue covers inventory, listings, enquiries and the sales follow-up. Booking payments, allotment letters and accounting stay in your own systems.
