Lead follow-up software

Real estate follow-ups with a clear next step.

Plan your next call or WhatsApp conversation alongside the buyer’s lead record. EstateCue helps real estate agents review due tasks and continue conversations with context.

A day in your workspace

Make the next conversation easier to pick up

A buyer likes a project but wants to discuss the budget with family. Record a follow-up for the agreed day with a note about the question to revisit. When the task is due, review the lead, contact the buyer and record the next step.

How it works

From the first action to the next step

  1. Plan an action after the conversation

Create a follow-up with a due time and the action you intend to take. A specific note, such as checking the buyer’s revised budget, gives the next call a purpose.

  2. Review due and overdue work

Use the follow-up workspace to see tasks that need attention. Open the related lead to review the buyer and property context before reaching out.

  3. Contact the buyer with context

Start the call or WhatsApp message from your task. Review a message before sending it, then confirm the contact result.

  4. Record the result and plan ahead

Complete the task after acting on it, then choose the next appropriate step. If the buyer wants to see the property, move into the site visit workflow from their lead.

A daily routine for agents in the field

Property sales often need several conversations. Keeping the due task beside the buyer’s details helps you pick up work between appointments. Shared lead ownership also helps an agency understand who is responsible for continuing the conversation.

Questions before you start

Can I plan WhatsApp follow-ups?

Yes. You can plan WhatsApp as the follow-up action and use the available WhatsApp action when contacting the buyer. Creating a task does not by itself mean a message has been sent.

How are follow-ups different from site visits?

A follow-up is a next action such as a call or WhatsApp message. A site visit is a property appointment with a time, host and attendance or outcome record. EstateCue keeps both connected to the lead.

What should I write in a follow-up note?

Record the reason for contacting the buyer and the point you agreed to revisit. For example: confirm the preferred location, discuss the payment schedule or ask whether they want to see a second unit.

Can EstateCue draft the follow-up message?

Yes. EstateCue Copilot drafts the message from the lead’s details and saved requirement, in the tone you choose. You edit it and send it yourself. Copilot can also schedule the follow-up, after you check the date and confirm.
