Does EstateCue post to Instagram or run my ads?
No. Marketing Studio writes the content and you publish it yourself. Ad copy is prepared in the fields Meta and Google ask for, ready to paste into your ad account.
Marketing Studio
Create WhatsApp messages, Instagram and Facebook posts, Meta and Google ad copy and listing descriptions from the details you already keep in EstateCue, each with its own tracked link.
A builder opens bookings for a new phase. The marketing lead picks the project in Marketing Studio, chooses WhatsApp with the goal of booking site visits and a friendly tone, and generates a few options. They edit one and copy it to a broadcast list, then create an Instagram caption and a Google ad from the same project without retyping anything.

Choose Social Content, WhatsApp, Meta Ad, Google Ad or Listing Description, then the property, project or inventory item it is about.
Say what the content should do, such as promote a site visit or highlight the location, and choose a Direct, Professional, Friendly or Premium tone.
Read the options, edit the one you like and copy it where you need it. Content is written only from the details recorded on the source; anything missing is left out rather than guessed.
Each creation carries its own short link to the listing page, different for every channel, so enquiries show where they came from. Everything is saved in My Creations to reuse later.
An agent posting on WhatsApp every morning and a builder running ads for a launch both need copy that is quick to produce and accurate. Starting from the property record keeps prices, sizes and possession dates the same on every channel, and the tracked links show which channels bring enquiries.

Each channel gets its own short link to the listing page. WhatsApp messages and Facebook posts include it, ads show it in the website field, and Instagram captions leave it out because caption links are not clickable there.
Content is written only from what is recorded on the property or project; a missing detail is left out. Always read content before sharing it: a RERA registration number, for example, is not the same as saying a project is RERA approved.
