Property listing pages

Property listing pages buyers can enquire from.

Publish a branded page for any property, project or unit, share it on WhatsApp with a rich preview and receive every enquiry as a lead. No website needed.

A day in your workspace

From a property record to a buyer’s enquiry

An agent adds a 3 BHK resale flat with its photos, price and locality, and publishes a listing page that shows the locality only. They share it on WhatsApp. A buyer opens the preview, reads the page in Hindi and sends an enquiry, which arrives in Leads with the listing and its source attached.

How it works

From the first action to the next step

  1. Start from your property or project

Create a listing from a property in Properties, or from a project or inventory item in Projects. Its price, size, amenities and photos come from that record, so nothing is typed twice.

  2. Polish the page before it goes live

Review the title and description, or let Write with AI draft one from the details. Choose the photos, the cover and how much of the location buyers see: the locality, an approximate point or the full address.

  3. Share it anywhere

Copy a short link for WhatsApp, social posts or portals. On WhatsApp the chat shows a rich preview with the photo and title, and buyers can read the page in English, Hindi or Telugu.

  4. Turn visitors into enquiries

Every enquiry form lands in Leads with the listing and its source, assigned to the right person. Each listing shows its views, WhatsApp and share clicks, and where visitors came from.

For agents and builders who sell on WhatsApp

Most property marketing in India starts with a WhatsApp message. A listing page gives that message somewhere to land: a clean page with the details buyers ask about and a simple way to enquire. Because it is built from your property record, a change to the property shows up as an update you can review, not a page you forgot to edit.

Questions before you start

Do I need my own website?

No. Every listing gets its own page on estatecue.com with your brand and contact details, and a short link you can share anywhere.

Will buyers see my exact address?

Only if you choose. Each listing shows the locality by default; you can switch it to an approximate location or the full address.

Which languages can buyers read it in?

English, Hindi and Telugu. Buyers switch the language on the page.

What happens when the property changes?

The listing keeps a link to its source. When the property changes, the listing shows Updates available so you can review and refresh the page. Your own title, description and photo choices are never overwritten.
