Leads and buyer requirements
A real estate CRM for agents and teams in India. Keep the enquired property, assigned agent, buyer requirements and next action together, and see which of your properties fit each buyer.
A buyer asks about a 2 BHK listing. Before calling back, the assigned agent reviews which property brought them in, records their budget and preferred locations, and plans a follow-up. EstateCue then shows which other properties fit, so the agent can send a shortlist, and when the buyer is ready, book a site visit from the lead.

Capture enquiries from your published listing pages, add a lead manually or import existing contacts by CSV. Keep the source and property context available when you review the lead.
Assign leads across your agency. Owners and admins can oversee the team; members work with their assigned leads, so the next call has an accountable person.
Save private buyer requirements: buy or rent, property type, preferred locations, configurations, budget and size. EstateCue ranks your available properties and project units against them, and keeps every change in the requirement’s history.
Send the buyer a shortlist link. They reply I’m interested, Request a visit or Not for me, and the answers return to the lead, beside its follow-ups, site visits and activity.
An individual agent needs a dependable record between calls and property viewings. An agency also needs ownership and visibility across the team. EstateCue connects these daily CRM tasks to the properties, projects and listing pages your business already manages.
