Who can use channel partner management?
It is available to team workspaces for real estate agencies and builders. Owners and admins manage partners, listing allocations and Partner Portal invitations.
For builder and agency teams
Share published listings with brokers and channel partners, give each partner their own trackable links and see the leads they bring. Built for builder and agency teams in India.
A builder allocates a project listing to a partner agency. The partner copies their own link from the Partner Portal and shares it with buyers on WhatsApp. When a new buyer enquires through that link, the lead reaches your team with the partner credited, and your usual assignment and follow-up process continues.

Add individual brokers and partner agencies with their contact details and location. Owners and admins can suspend, reactivate or archive a partner without losing past results.
Choose which published listings each partner may share. Revoke an allocation when a partner should stop promoting a property.
Send an email invitation. Partners sign in to a separate portal to find their allocated listings with photos, brochures and approved captions where available, and copy their own link or QR code.
A new enquiry through a partner link is credited to that partner. Your team assigns and follows up as usual, and you can compare link opens, leads, site visits and closed deals for each partner.
A project is often promoted by many brokers at once, and informally shared links make it hard to know who brought a buyer. EstateCue gives each partner a traceable link for every allocated listing, while the enquiry stays in your own lead workflow and your team keeps control of the follow-up.

No. Partners use a separate Partner Portal and never become workspace members. They see the listings allocated to them and the progress of leads credited to them, shown as a lead reference rather than the buyer’s name or contact details.
Not currently. A lead is credited to a partner when a new buyer enquires through that partner’s link. An enquiry from a buyer who is already one of your leads does not move that lead to the partner.
No. Commission tracking and payouts are not included. You can review each partner’s leads, site visits and closed deals when you settle commissions through your own process.
