These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of EstateCue (the “Service”), provided by EstateCue (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service
EstateCue is a real-estate marketing and lead workspace. It helps you keep property, project and unit records; publish listing pages and a business profile; create marketing content; capture and assign enquiries; and follow up with buyers through reminders, calls, WhatsApp and site visits.
The features available to you depend on your plan, the type of workspace you run and, during the private beta, the access we have granted.
Accounts and workspaces
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login details secure. You must be authorised to act for any business you set up a workspace for. Workspace owners and admins decide who joins and what role they have, and are responsible for the activity of the members they invite.
Private beta
While EstateCue is in private beta, access is by invitation. Features may change, be limited or be removed, and the Service may be interrupted or reset. Any free access granted to beta users, including Pro access, is for a limited time. Do not rely on the Service as your only record of business-critical information during the beta.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- publish or market property you are not authorised to market;
- upload or publish unlawful, misleading or infringing content, including prices, approvals or claims you cannot support;
- collect, contact or message leads without a lawful basis, or send spam or unsolicited bulk messages;
- impersonate another person or business;
- attempt to bypass security, access controls or usage limits, or to copy, scrape or reverse engineer the Service.
Your content and listings
You keep ownership of the records, files and content you add to EstateCue. You give us permission to host, process and display that content as needed to run the Service, for example to show a listing page you have chosen to publish.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you publish, including prices, areas, possession dates and registration or approval details, and for complying with the laws and advertising rules that apply to marketing real estate where you operate.
Leads and buyer data
When buyers submit enquiries through your listing pages or business profile, or when you add or import leads, you are responsible for handling their personal data lawfully, including following up only for legitimate purposes. You must comply with the data-protection and anti-spam laws that apply to you.
Listing pages published with EstateCue may offer buyers an optional box to ask about a home loan. A buyer who ticks it asks EstateCue and its partner banks to contact them about home loans. That request is EstateCue’s own service: it is handled outside your workspace, and the enquiry itself still reaches you as usual.
AI-assisted features
EstateCue uses AI to help fill forms from documents, draft marketing content and follow-up messages, suggest replies and, through EstateCue Copilot, answer questions about your workspace records. AI output is assistive and may be incomplete or wrong. Copilot does not send messages, and it schedules a follow-up only when you confirm it. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before it is published or shared, and for not presenting AI suggestions as facts that your records do not support.
Plans, billing and credits
Paid access is prepaid and does not renew automatically unless the checkout review clearly says otherwise. Before you pay, we show the selected plan or add-on, access period, total payable, tax treatment and renewal status. A plan or add-on is activated only after the payment provider confirms the payment.
Cancelling or moving to a lower plan does not automatically refund the current prepaid period. If you were charged more than once, charged an incorrect amount, or paid for access that was not delivered, contact us promptly with the payment reference. We review refund requests against payment records, service usage, provider status and applicable law. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where supported; provider processing time may apply.
If a payment confirmation is delayed, do not pay again. Check your billing history first, or contact support with the order or payment ID. Usage limits and included credits are shown with each plan. Purchased AI-credit add-ons are separate from monthly plan credits and remain subject to abuse and refund review.
Third-party services
Some features connect to services we do not control, such as Google sign-in, WhatsApp and advertising platforms. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability.
Availability and changes
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work to keep it reliable, but it may be unavailable at times, and we may add, change or remove features as the product develops.
Suspension and closing an account
You can stop using the Service at any time; to close your account or ask about your data, contact us. We may suspend or close access that breaches these Terms or puts other users, buyers or the Service at risk, and where possible we will tell you why.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated in these Terms.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the date at the top of this page and tell you in the Service before a material change takes effect.
