This Privacy Policy explains what personal data EstateCue collects when you use the Service, and when buyers submit enquiries through listing pages and business profiles published with it. It explains how that data is used and shared, and the choices you have.
Who we are
EstateCue (“we”, “us”) provides a real-estate marketing and lead workspace for agents, agencies and builders (the “Service”). Our registered office is in Hyderabad, Telangana 500050, India.
This policy covers estatecue.com, the EstateCue app at app.estatecue.com (including when it is installed on a phone), and the listing pages and business profile pages that our customers publish with the Service.
Data we collect
- Account data: your name, email address, phone number and login credentials. If you choose Continue with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google.
- Workspace data: your business name and type, team members and their roles, brand details and, if you publish one, your business profile.
- Property and project data: property, project and unit details, prices, photos, brochures and other files you upload, and any owner or contact details you record.
- Content: listing descriptions and marketing content you write or generate in the Service.
- Lead and buyer data: the name, phone number, email, message and requirements a buyer submits on a listing page or business profile, or that your team adds or imports; the source and campaign (UTM) details of that enquiry; and the follow-ups, notes, call and WhatsApp attempts and outcomes your team records, and the site visits your team books with a buyer, including anything the buyer tells us through their visit link, and the answers a buyer gives on a property shortlist a business shares with them.
- Home loan interest: if a buyer ticks the optional home loan box on a listing page, the fact that they asked, when they asked and the consent wording they agreed to.
- Usage and device data: pages and listings viewed, buttons used, the referring page your browser reports, the type of device, and technical logs such as IP addresses that we use to run and secure the Service. If you turn on push notifications, we store the subscription your browser gives us.
- Feedback and support data: feedback messages, optional ratings, the page where feedback was sent, app version, browser and device details, workspace and related diagnostic identifiers. Please do not include passwords, OTPs, payment details or unnecessary client personal data in feedback.
- Billing data: your plan, add-ons, invoices and payment references. Card and bank details are handled by our payment provider; we do not store them.
How we use data
- to provide the workspace: store your records, publish the listing pages and profiles you choose to publish, and generate content you ask for;
- to deliver each enquiry to the business that published the page, and to the team member assigned to it;
- to show a buyer the properties a business shares with them on a private shortlist link, and to pass the buyer’s answers back to that business;
- when a buyer ticks the home loan box on a listing page, for EstateCue and its partner banks to contact that buyer about home loans, by WhatsApp, SMS, phone or email. This is EstateCue’s own service, separate from the business that published the listing;
- to send reminders, in-app and push notifications, and a daily email summary of follow-ups that are due;
- when a workspace turns them on, to email a buyer about a site visit booked with them (booked, changed, confirmed, cancelled and reminders) on that workspace’s behalf. Each email and each visit link a workspace shares carries a private link on which the buyer sees only the visit’s time, place and host, and can confirm, ask for another time or cancel. Opening the link changes nothing, and it stops working for a visit time that has changed;
- to operate plans, usage limits, AI credits and billing;
- to secure the Service and prevent spam, fraud and abuse;
- to investigate feedback, fix problems and improve the product, including its AI-assisted features;
- to communicate with you about your account and the Service.
AI-assisted features
When you use an AI-assisted feature, such as filling a property form from a brochure, drafting marketing content or suggesting a reply to a lead, the material needed for that request is sent to an AI model provider to produce the result. We send only what the feature needs.
AI results are suggestions. They are shown to you for review and are not published or sent to a buyer until someone on your team chooses to. Each provider’s handling of that data is governed by the terms under which we use it.
EstateCue Copilot, the assistant in the app, answers a user’s questions from the workspace records that user is allowed to see. To write an answer, the records it needs, such as a buyer’s name, requirement and recent activity, are sent to an AI model provider; phone numbers and email addresses are not. We keep a record of each Copilot request, without the text of the question, for 30 days to run, secure and improve the feature.
On estatecue.com, Ask EstateCue answers questions about EstateCue from our published website and Help Center. Your question and the recent conversation are sent to an AI model provider to write the answer; email addresses and phone numbers you type are removed first. We keep questions, with those details removed, for 30 days to improve answers, and we do not link them to an account. The conversation stays in your browser’s session storage until you close the tab.
How long we keep data
We keep data for as long as your account is active, or as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. Beta feedback is kept while it is reviewed and for a limited period afterwards, so we can verify fixes and spot recurring problems; it may then be deleted or anonymised. During the private beta, data may be deleted or reset.
Your rights and choices
Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw a consent you have given. You can update most account details yourself in Settings, and turn notifications on or off there.
If you submitted an enquiry to a business through a listing page or profile, that business manages your enquiry. You can contact them directly, or write to us and we will help route your request. To make a request, email hello@estatecue.com.
Security
Data travels over encrypted connections. Access is controlled by workspace, role and lead assignment, and files that are not part of a published page are served only to people permitted to see them. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password and keep your login details private.
Children
The Service is built for businesses and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Service changes. We will change the date at the top of this page, and tell you in the Service before a material change takes effect.
