EstateCue Copilot is the AI assistant in your workspace. It answers from your own leads, follow-ups, site visits, listings and inventory, in plain language. Copilot is in beta.
- Choose Copilot in the sidebar. On a phone it is the button in the middle of the bottom bar.
- Pick a starting point, such as Review my day, or type a question in your own words and press Enter.
- To ask about one buyer or project, tap Entire workspace in the message box and choose it. You can also choose Ask Copilot on a lead, project or requirement.
What you can ask
- What should I focus on today? The buyers who need you first, in order: new enquiries waiting for a reply, buyers who visited and have not heard from you, overdue follow-ups, and visits to confirm or record. Owners and admins also get a business brief for the team.
- Summarize this lead: the stage, what the buyer wants, recent activity, pending follow-ups and visits, and what information is missing.
- Find matching properties: strong and good matches for the buyer’s requirement, with the reasons. Compare up to three side by side.
- Draft a WhatsApp follow-up: a message, email or call outline written from the lead. Switch the channel or tone, edit it, then copy it.
- Show my overdue follow-ups, or Which visits need an outcome?
- How is a listing or project doing, and what needs attention?
- How do I…? questions about using EstateCue, answered from this Help Center.
You can follow up on an answer, for example “draft one for the second buyer” or “make it more formal”.
What Copilot will and will not do
- It sees only what you can see. A member asking about leads gets only the leads they are allowed to see.
- It never sends a message. You copy a draft and send it yourself.
- Remind me schedules a follow-up for a buyer. Copilot shows it first, and nothing changes until you choose Confirm.
- Phone numbers and email addresses are never sent to the AI model.
- EstateCue keeps a record of each request for 30 days, not the text you typed.
